We can facilitate sporting and team building activities, seminar, meeting or training for business or is perfect for any type of social event. We are pleased to provide details of our extensive facilities and welcome you to utilise the Willetton Sports Club for your event. The Club with extensive experience will support your planning process with advice and suggestions.

Tables and seating are included in the hire price, as well as staffing as required. Security is required for certain event types and this will be booked by the venue and cost passed on to the hirer. A bond may also be required for some events.
Bond – $10.00 per head. To cover damage etc. (Birthdays, weddings) this is subject to the manager’s discretion.
Set-up Cost - $50.00 applies to all functions that utilise any set-up, tables, chairs and any club equipment or kitchen use etc.
Security – $60.00 per hour. There is a minimum of three security officers for all functions with over 100 people (four hours). An extra security officer is required per 50 attending.
NOTE: Room hire, bonds, set-up costs and security must all be paid to secure the venue. The hirer must be a member of the Willetton Sports Club Inc for this to be applicable.

Equipment
A range of quality equipment is available for functions, seminars, meetings, sundowners, presentations nights, business events and many other events. We can run these events for you with our ‘In–House’ function manager.
High Power, Short Throw Projector – $100 all day
Portable PA System with Radio Microphone – $80
Music PA System & Microphone – $100
Disco Lighting (Laser Lights and Disco Set) – $80
DJ (Per 4 hours) – On Application
